“I bought a Wanderlust XL Towel for my sister, Stephanie, for Christmas. She said she wanted this one in particular, but I was sent a round one.. I did not know until she opened the present and unwrapped the towel. It was still beautiful, and she loved it, but it is not what I had ordered. She only opened it yesterday because we do not live close, but because I learned so late it was the wrong one and do not want to go through the trouble of ordering another. It is beautiful though.”

“I ordered a wonderlust towel and I never received it. I tried contacting Sand Cloud and they said it was shipped again but it was deliverered to their mailbox in San Diego. I contacted them again and they wanted me to confirm my address for the second time and I did again confirm my address, and I have yet to hear anything. The kicker I never got my money back. Paid for an item I didn’t receive. I’ll never order anything from them again, and I’ll tell everyone my experience!!”
