“I ordered the Navy Acid Wash towel as a gift for a friends birthday. I was excited because her favorite colors should have been brought to life through this towel. What she received in the mail was nothing as pictured on the website.
When I emailed customer service their only option was to take the gift back, spend my time to return it, and wait for a refund. I could understand if the towel was for myself but I explained that it was a gift and the best they could offer was for me to take it away. Very disappointed by the product and the customer service.”
