“To be honest I have not used the towel yet so can comment on it! However I placed an order on December 8 and finally received order a couple days before Christmas. One towel was missing and others were not the ones I ordered. I struggled to reach customer service and finally received an email. Long story short… I could not give them as a Christmas present and customer service stinks. Every time I get a response it is a different person and I get conflicting answers. I hope I don’t like towels because I will never buy from this company again. Wasted 230$!”
