“My experience was terrible. My order was somehow shipped to Florida instead of Massachusetts and no one is willing to answer questions or offer resolutions. No email was sent to when my order allegedly shipped. No idea how the product is, haven't gotten anything.
Update: after leaving this review and sending a ridiculous amount of emails, someone finally got back to me and shipped me my items to my actual address. Over two and a half weeks after I placed my order, I finally got the towels and the quality was not in line with the cost. Soaking the towels (as is the standard with this type of towel to allow the cotton to bloom) did nothing to make it softer, it just wasted more of my time.
However, the nightmare didn't end there. If you leave them an honest review, they'll email you incessantly about taking it down. Don't be fooled by the lack of negative reviews. It's not because this is a wonderful company with a great product, it's because they harass people who leave honest reviews of their overpriced, subpar products. Here's my update: shady company and terrible products. Avoid this company at all costs.”

“My mystery towel is a very nice pattern. I’m pleased with the quality of the fabric and how nicely it dries the skin. It also does dry quicker than regular towels. Will probably go for another mystery towel in the future.”
