“My order was lost in transit multiple times. Once it arrived, I was very disappointed with the quality. The towels are very thin, scratchy, and not even nice looking. Now, I need to repackage, go to UPS, and hope I get a refund. Unlikely, considering the multiple orders and tracking issues. This was my first and last order.”
