“The towels look nice,and absorb decently enough but they are not soft to the touch even after washing . I spoke with customer service that gave me a tip to soak in cool water which did help a bit.”

“I started using Sand Cloud because they advertise a faster drying towel. Their towels do not disappoint. I have since replaced all my bath towels with Sand Cloud.

“I was disappointed in the absorbency I expected more. I don’t see a big difference from other towels, and you lose all the fluffiness. My husband really hates them, but I do like the robe or the swimsuit cover up. The company gave me some suggestions to increase the absorbency that helped. The customer service is very good.”

I had a delivery issue and the customer service was answering emails late on a saturday and early on a sunday within an hour of me sending emails. In less than 24 hours my issue was resolved above and beyond anything I was expecting.

“My overall experience is great, but there is one thing I love your towels, but if you could take make them the same size as a regular bath towel for a senior citizens and people with severe arthritis, it would be a lot easier to handle. Just a thought but the towels I have are even though they're very large and hard to handle. I still love them.”

“They work but they are too thin, which is why they dry fast, too thin to hold a lot of moisture, which is why they dry fast. Drying off is complete but takes some work to find a dry area of towel, because it’s too thin. Of course it will fold up compact and smaller than other towels because it’s too thin. And basically at $40 each, they are way overpriced.
I was recently contacted by sand cloud and offered a $20 gift card because of my dissatisfaction. I refused because there was nothing else I wanted to buy, they offered me a 50% refund. That I appreciated, wasn’t expecting it. So customer service is good and they seem to want your satisfaction. But my review of these reels will have to remain the same, they do the job but just barely, if they were double the thickness, they’d still stack up smaller than regular towels, and still dry faster.”
