I got an email very shortly after I made this and they did everything they could to rectify the situation. I love the way this company handles there customers. Although I wouldnt recommend these towels because of the shedding. I do recommend getting the waffle knit towels they have been the best and feel amazing on the skin! Thanks again to Pearl for helping get this resolve!! ☺️
I tried to email you instead of writing this but none of your link works to get ANY support at all. I was gifted two sets of these for Christmas, at first we loved how fast they dried and felt amazing on the skin. I've washed these multiple times now and all we get is black fuzz all over the place. This happened almost immediately after washing them. My whole body and hands are covered in it not to mention it's all over my sink the floor and the shower. It's like I can't get it to go away!! Very disappointed in the quality of these for the price that was paid. What can be done to fix this? We also have two sets off the waffle in the beige color and those don't do it! I followed the washing instructions to the tee and still it's everywhere. ITS driving me insane!!!! : (”

“The towels look nice,and absorb decently enough but they are not soft to the touch even after washing . I spoke with customer service that gave me a tip to soak in cool water which did help a bit.”
