“The towels are well made and they do dry me off but I prefer my plusher Egyptian cotton bath sheets. These just don't make me warm and fuzzy feeling. The customer service team reached out and offered a partial refund when I said I’d already used the towels. I never thought to ask for a refund. I am quite impressed.”

“UPDATE: The company reached out and offered a refund. Since I had used and laundered the towels, they refunded me half the cost. I appreciate their willingness to do that.
They are extra large and they do dry quickly. They're thin, which is fine, but they're not soft at all. They were laundered before first use. Not sure if they soften more with use. The jury is still out on these.”

“Love the thin lightweight yet absorbent towels.
Be ready they are truly extra large! Purchase was 2 for gifts and 2 to keep. I’m sure they will last a long time.”
“These towels work well and dry quick so you don’t end up with that musty smell in them. They’re perfect.
Also, sand cloud has great customer service that responds quickly to questions/issues. My most recent order was missing an item because the packaging was damaged by doing company, and sand cloud sent out the missing item right away. Because of this I will continue to use this brand and company.”
“I have been wanting to try these towels for a while. But skeptical me, I don't usually purchase anything from all those advertisements on social media. But I have friends who have tried Sand Cloud so I thought I would give them a try. I love that they are light weight but super absorbant. I have been using them for about a week now. It takes some getting used to after using those thick Costco towels for so long. I can't wait to pack these in our luggage for vacations. What a game changer!”
