“If your order arrives in good condition the product is pretty good, however….if not. YIKES!!
I will say the blanket is quite delicate. It snags VERY easy. I cannot imagine taking this to the beach or using it as a “party blanket “. Not good if you have pets!
This blanket (and the other one I ordered) arrived damaged, a several large snags. I reached out to customer service the same day by replying to my order email (like it says to) and I reached out through the online portal as well, including pictures of the damage. Many days passed with no response of any kind, so I reached out again through email and the portal….it has now been about 4 and 1/2 weeks (and approximately 5-6 attempts to contact) and I have received NO response.
I did call one of the stores that is kind of close and both people I talked with were great! They were understanding and wanted to help. They messaged customer service from there end…that was 12 days ago….still no response.
My first Sand Cloud purchase was about 10 years ago….if this is how the company has changed I will NOT be back. It’s very disappointing. I do not write bad reviews, this is a first for me.”
“I ordered 2 party blankets, one for my bed and one because I love a blanket on the back of my sofa. They’re super soft and cozy, a great lightweight blanket. In my opinion, they are a little delicate, though. My Saige one had a slight snag in it when I opened the package. When I was folding them up the corner of my nail snagged the other. I would not say if you let your dog on the bed or your biscuit making kitty cat that the blanket would have a long life because it does seem to snag easily.”
“It's beautiful and soft, and the perfect weight for a summer bedspread, but my cats can too easily snag the fabric, and they relish doing so. This is the price of unconditional love, I suppose. Despite that, I'd buy it again. And I'll probably have to!”
“It’s a beautiful color but I had it on my bed for ONE night, and it already looks so worn and snagged. My dog sleeps with me, he didn’t scratch at the blanket or anything, just his paw pads snagged the blanket. Super disappointed for the price that it didn’t even last a day”
