“The first package looked like the opening of the package had been ripped open and taped back together and another spot had been snagged/ripped and then taped closed. The tape was adhere to the blanket. The spot that had been snagged, also snagged the blanket. The blanket was damaged at that location, fibers were pulled out of the blanket. This is the only spot where any fibers were pulled from the blanket like this. The provided a return label and I had to find the time to drop it off of a return.
And then the replacement was delivered completely ripped open. It doesn’t look like the package the blanket was put in was large enough for the blanket on the first place. The blanket arrived damaged and dirty. I can see from the delivery confirmation photo that the package was delivered open and the blanket falling out of the package. And it looks like I have to go through the effort of dropping it off again.
It’s does not seem possible to get the blanket undamaged and clean. For the price of this blanket, it is NOT worth the money or effort.
Customer service has also been lacking. I was told at one point that in order to get a replacement I had to watch the tracking for the return and notify the company when it was delivered in order for them to send the replacement. I was given this direction in the email they sent me the return label. After I dropped off the return I questioned this and was told there was a glitch when I dropped the package off and that’s why I told this. Which doesn’t make sense considering I was given this instruction a day before I dropped off the package. They didn’t own the miscommunication at all.
At this stage, now that I’ve had two damaged packages delivered I am struggling to get any assistance when I email the company.
This has been a nightmare.”
