“I don’t think it delivered on the drying faster claim or the sand not sticking as much. Also, they left pilled fabric all over my skin. I did like it was lighter than a normal towel, but I would not but again.”
“From the start, I did not receive a shipping email and had to reach out to customer service to get an update. Then when I received my order, it was damaged. When I reached out to customer service, they sent me a copy/paste reply and with a link to the returns page. No offer of a refund, no offer for store credit, no offer for another towel. Poor quality and customer service for a towel that costs $50. Honestly, not worth the hassle.”
“Dries a body well and also dries during the course of a day in my somewhat poorly ventilated bathroom. I look for 70 inch long towels for adequate coverage. They are not translucent when damp and that is what I wanted most! I had purchased peshtumal towels that became see through when damp - eeeek! My only dislike? Fringe. I wish these were just hemmed without the fringe...but that is just me.”
