“Very disappointing purchase. The towel is beautiful. But the red color runs all over the rest of the towel. Unacceptable with a towel purchase. I returned this item.
Ocotber 2023--Just an amendment to my earlier review--Sandcloud has great customer service and helped me with my situation! They apologized for the red color running on my towel and promptly refunded me for the original purchase of the Stars and Stripes towel. They told me that my results with this towel washing are not typical for this product. Even though my towel was washed in cold water and ran, their customer service is WONDERFUL to try and amend my situation.”
