“As stated on the other towels in this order, I pre washed them before use. They generated lint and left behind gray fuzz on our skin that didn't fully dry from the towels. Tried troubleshooting through email, DM, and the website but have not heard from anyone. Decided to give up and return the items, which is a nightmare on the online portal. Tried one more time through email for assistance in the return, but still have not heard from anyone.”
