“While I love the design and feel of these bath towels, unfortunately the bundle was full of loose unraveled thread. For the price we pay for towels, I'd expect better. It's unfortunate that subpar quality is just par for the course these days.”

Hi Deborah, Victor here from Sand Cloud. Thank you for leaving your review and for sharing how the towels are performing. I’m really sorry you experienced snagging and pulled loops so quickly, that’s not the quality we expect.
We’d like to discuss this further and help you as soon as possible. I’ve just sent an email with next steps, please reply to that message. Thank you for your patience and for supporting our mission to protect the oceans.
“I like these and wanted to get the washclothes too. They were sold out. They are a good size and seem to be well made. Love the colors and plan to use them tomorrow after I clean the bathroom.”
