Hi Lisa,
Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts on the Stripe Polka Dot Hand Bath Bundle. We're glad you found the design pretty, but we're truly sorry to hear about the shedding and absorbency issues you've experienced. Your feedback is invaluable to us as we strive to improve our products.
We appreciate your honest review and hope you'll give us another chance in the future.
Warm regards,

“As stated on the other towels in this order, I pre washed them before use. They generated lint and left behind gray fuzz on our skin that didn't fully dry from the towels. Tried troubleshooting through email, DM, and the website but have not heard from anyone. Decided to give up and return the items, which is a nightmare on the online portal. Tried one more time through email for assistance in the return, but still have not heard from anyone.”

“I love the texture and colors on these great polka dot towels. My bathroom is very beige and brown and this brings a splash of color and fun to the space. The towels are very soft, absorbent, and bigger than average!”
“I am waiting to hear back from customer service in regards to a different part of my order. Until I hear back I am reluctant to open or use any part of my order. For that reason I have to rate a 1 since I feel I am unable to actually use the items I received. Typically and in the past I have been extreamly happy with items ordered, I am suprised and disapointed with the customer service.”
Hi Amanda,
Thank you for reaching out and sharing your experience with us. We truly apologize for the frustration you’re feeling regarding your order and the delayed response from our customer service team. We understand how important it is to have timely communication and access to your items. We're looking into this matter and appreciate your patience as we work to resolve it. Please expect to hear from us soon.
Warm regards,
Team Sand Cloud
