“As stated on the other towels in this order, I pre washed them before use. They generated lint and left behind gray fuzz on our skin that didn't fully dry from the towels. Tried troubleshooting through email, DM, and the website but have not heard from anyone. Decided to give up and return the items, which is a nightmare on the online portal. Tried one more time through email for assistance in the return, but still have not heard from anyone.”

“I love the texture and colors on these great polka dot towels. My bathroom is very beige and brown and this brings a splash of color and fun to the space. The towels are very soft, absorbent, and bigger than average!”
“I am waiting to hear back from customer service in regards to a different part of my order. Until I hear back I am reluctant to open or use any part of my order. For that reason I have to rate a 1 since I feel I am unable to actually use the items I received. Typically and in the past I have been extreamly happy with items ordered, I am suprised and disapointed with the customer service.”
