“The interior of the poncho is lined with terry cloth and is bulky and heavy. The lining was fretted and looked unfinished. Also, there was a large rip on the back of the poncho. I would have expected some quality control/ inspection before shipping.”

“The poncho was delivered and smelled like diesel- very strong.
The neckline was frayed and coming apart.
3 times I emailed customer service explaining the problem- I like this company and I think maybe this poncho maybe slipped past quality control.
But never got an email or call back- it's been weeks. Finally after a few weeks- they did answer- and it was very personal, not a bot or AI.
They could not have been more accommodating and sent me a new poncho. Their follow up was great and I washed and donated the original poncho to a clothing drive for a womens' shelter.”

“I like the material, but was hoping for lighter material, to wear it poolside. For the shorter folks out there, I'm 5'2" and this goes almost to my ankles. It'll be nice and comfy to wear to lounge around the house when the weather gets cooler.”
