“The poncho was delivered and smelled like diesel- very strong.
The neckline was frayed and coming apart.
3 times I emailed customer service explaining the problem- I like this company and I think maybe this poncho maybe slipped past quality control.
But never got an email or call back- it's been weeks. Finally after a few weeks- they did answer- and it was very personal, not a bot or AI.
They could not have been more accommodating and sent me a new poncho. Their follow up was great and I washed and donated the original poncho to a clothing drive for a womens' shelter.”

“I like the material, but was hoping for lighter material, to wear it poolside. For the shorter folks out there, I'm 5'2" and this goes almost to my ankles. It'll be nice and comfy to wear to lounge around the house when the weather gets cooler.”
“This is just the changing poncho I needed for the Pacific Northwest. It was heavier than I expected which is great for my surfing and free diving conditions in Washington, especially in the fall.”
“I got it for my bf and he loves it. He uses it to change outside of the car before/after swimming or mountain biking. He used it by the lake today when it got windy but he will also use it when the sun is too strong.”
