“Overall, the experience was great; delivery was as promised, and after an initial wash and dry, we put them into use. I was surprised that the volume is about the same as our existing big box store quality towels, which are a fraction of the price. I expected to save space and, therefore, continue purchasing the towels. I find that they take up the same amount of space, eliminating that promised value.
