“I am terribly disappointed in the quality of this product. I purchased two ponchos and they both came with holes. Due to the prices I was expected a high quality product. One has a hole in the hood seam and the others neck seam did not attach the tab on one side. Even with a dicount, I feel I paid too much. Also, I wrote to customer service about the issue 3 days ago and still have not received a response.”
