“The pockets are not that deep as they say on the commercial. If you have a big smartphone, will be a bit risky to keep it there. For keys and small items, should be fine.
The hood is also not oversized (as described), but big enough.
Other than that, it looks like great quality and it is as described. I definitely like it.”
“The poncho is nice. Big problem was I accidentally made two separate orders and immediately tried to cancel one order. Sent consecutive emails to no avail. You waited until both poncho’s arrived before you ever responded. You offered a complete refund, so I returned it and you only credited the poncho….not shipping!! If your customer service was good, the second poncho wouldn’t have been sent! I will not order again.”
“Honestly I'll probably use it more sitting around the house in the winter than at the lake in the summer. That said, it's a huge improvement to our weekends camping on the lake.”
