“After a lot of issues (shipping delays, more shipping delays, size issues, and quality control) I was sent one and I love it. I have worn it almost everynight! I highly recommend their poncho! I will say their customer service was questionable and completely disorganized at times, but ultimately they wanted to make things right and I appreciate that so much.”
