“I purchased this to use after my post-gym shower. I am a plus size woman, but took a chance after seeing the photos of many large men wearing it. It actually fit despite being "one size fits all" - however if you carry your weight in your hips it might be too tight. It's not super loose for me.
I have used this both as my towel and then as a coverup after my shower at the gym. It's helpful to have something you can just wear rather than wrapping around yourself, but doesn't take up a ton of room in the gym bag. It takes up about as much room as a beach towel would.
