“Love this XL towel. Wasn't expecting it to be that big but love it anyway. I have other towels from Sand cloud and so I continued to purchase. Can't wait to use this while on vacation”
“Unacceptable! It arrived snagged along with another snagged towel in my order of 5 items. Reported it within the hour of it being delivered. No response from Sand Cloud so I reported it again 3 days later. Sand Cloud said they'd email a return label within the hour & send the replacement once they get notice I've shipped the defective towels. No label arrived within 3 days so I reached out again. No response yet again after 24 hours. Only buy if you are willing to gamble with defective merchandise & zero customer service. I will not be shopping here again.”
