“I would love to write a positive review but honestly... I ordered June 26th and it has yet to ship... this is really heinous. Email people and let them know their stuff is out of stock when it was previously in stock.. and also don’t ask people to review if they haven’t received their items.. just a thought”

“Dealing with this whole company and process is frustrating to say the least. I’m being asked to review a towel I’ve never received. They never respond to emails until you reach out on their social media accounts and complain which is the most annoying thing because who wants to result to a public complaint? That’s the worst. They then tell you, the towel is back ordered, which SHOCKER... every towel they have is back ordered, but the website never tells you that. It’s been close to a month now since I ordered this towel. They were quick to take the money that’s for sure.”

So far only ads of other lovey products in my inbox, and now a request for writing a review. I’m really excited to get the towel and will definitely change my rating when I do! “Gifted my girlfriend the sharks are awesome towel for our anniversary, as well as ordered this XL towel. She loved the towel, super soft, but unfortunately had a couple snags in a couple of the letters. We haven’t washed it or even gotten to use it yet. Was kinda disappointed in the snags, makes her not want to use it in fear it will snag more. We haven’t gotten the whale shark one, I’m hoping it’ll be better. The towels aren’t cheap and should definitely come without snags.”
