“I ordered in the beginning of June, haven’t received shipping notification. I keep checking back on sandcloud but the shipping date keeps getting further and further. Last time I check, it would ship 7/26 now it’s 8/3. Was excited for the towel to ship.”
“Gifted my girlfriend the sharks are awesome towel for our anniversary, as well as ordered this XL towel. She loved the towel, super soft, but unfortunately had a couple snags in a couple of the letters. We haven’t washed it or even gotten to use it yet. Was kinda disappointed in the snags, makes her not want to use it in fear it will snag more. We haven’t gotten the whale shark one, I’m hoping it’ll be better. The towels aren’t cheap and should definitely come without snags.”
“Ordered on 6/1 and haven't received any update on when this will ship; did get an email asking for a review of the towel though. Now that I'm here, it looks like you've pushed out your expected ship by date. I would not have ordered if it was going to take over 2 months to ship; I don't need a beach towel in September. Would love to get an update on what's actually happening and why we now have to wait another month.”
“My experience has been poor. Not only was this the single most expensive towel I’ve ever purchased, but also it’s been several weeks and no towel has arrived nor an explanation as to why it’s taken so long. Additionally, being auto-emailed and asked to review a towel that hasn’t arrived is exceptionally annoying.
While you run an aggressive social media campaign, your customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I would not purchase again even if I love the towel (if it ever comes).”
“My new fav blanket/ towel. I’m pretty sure it’s inappropriate to have a special blanket at my age, but I’ll make this one exception It’s incredibly soft and beautiful.”
