Now that I'm here, it looks like you've pushed out your expected ship by date. I would not have ordered if it was going to take over 2 months to ship; I don't need a beach towel in September. Would love to get an update on what's actually happening and why we now have to wait another month.”
“My experience has been poor. Not only was this the single most expensive towel I’ve ever purchased, but also it’s been several weeks and no towel has arrived nor an explanation as to why it’s taken so long. Additionally, being auto-emailed and asked to review a towel that hasn’t arrived is exceptionally annoying.
While you run an aggressive social media campaign, your customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I would not purchase again even if I love the towel (if it ever comes).”
