“I was so excited to order one for a gift. I’ve been seeing them for a while and have heard good things. My order was confirmed and then I was sent a shipping confirmation email. My order never shipped and it’s been 18 days since it was “ready to ship”. I’ve spent three days trying to get ahold of someone just to get an estimated shipping date so I know when I can expect to receive my order, but I have yet to hear back - despite getting replies on social media saying to email/they will respond to my email. I understand with current circumstances orders will be delayed and I’m more than fine with that. But I would just like communication instead of feeling like I’m getting the run around. I’ve gotten three separate emails asking to review a product that hasn’t even shipped yet. I hope to get a response at some point!”
