“This is more pink than pictured. I’m not thrilled with the color discrepancy. My boyfriend ordered one of these towels and it was so soft, but this one is extremely scratchy. Between the color difference and the scratchy fabric I am less than thrilled with this product.”
“We were so excited to try these towels for our wedding anniversary trip to the beach. The reviews were amazing and we thought the investment would be well worth the cost. Unfortunately, despite paying for 2-3 days shipping to ensure we’d receive them in time, it took 10 days for them to arrive - a day after we left for our trip. After reaching out to the company multiple times about the status of my order the only responses I received was that because of COVID protocols making it more difficult for them they appreciate my understanding during this unprecedented time. Ugh! If you can’t do 2-3 day shipping don’t offer it! Although I will be sending the unopened package back I’ve yet to receive reimbursement for the $15 shipping cost. Again, if you can’t actually get your product out in 2-3 days just don’t offer that as an option.”
