“Experience was good but my shipment somehow was sent from California to Florida just to come back to southern California
The biggest thing I find not so great is that the reds on these towels are super faded. Not that close to online and way off from the pic on the wrapping”

I've bought many sand cloud blankets and towels. I was really disappointed by the texture of the Boho XL towel. It was rough and not suitable to be used as a blanket as I intended. I also ordered a mudcloth XL which was soft and exactly the texture I expected. Why is there such a discrepancy between your products? They are expensive and I expected better. Please contact me. I'd like to return it. Thank you.”
“I'm a little underwhelmed by my order. I placed an order because my sister raved so much about hers, but when I received mine I initially thought I maybe received the wrong item. The Boho XL is not your typical towel that has a "drying" side and then the prettier side that is softer. Its very thin and lightweight, but its not something I'd typically use to dry myself off with? Are all of these products like this? I don't remember my sister's looking like this at all?”
“I can’t believe I waited so long to make this purchase! Amazing beach towel AND blanket. I recently traveled to the beach and it served as a light blanket on the plane because I’m always cold and perfect beach towel. The sand slid right off and it’s so light weight and easy to travel with.”

“I first bought this towel on July 19th- for days, the shipping kept saying “awaiting package” …I reached out to sand cloud to let them know the item’s shipping was not updating. They made me wait until August 6th before they would agree to send a new one. I reached out multiple times, they finally shipped the new towel on august 9th. I told them this towel was for a trip and that I ordered it in plenty of time and now wasn’t sure if the towel would even arrive in time for the trip. Instead of sending the package overnight or priority 2 - day shipping to make up for the shipping error…they shipped it regularly and it is now been almost a month since I ordered the towel and it still has not arrived…extremely disappointed with the customer service and shipping.”
