“Supposedly my daughter loves these towels but the overall outcome is Terrible. Ordered December 10 2020 for Christmas and never received. Only Customer Service communication is via email- no phone number.”
“I played my order in November, they created the shipping label on Dec 4th and it is still waiting to ship. They used a Third party company a which they are blaming for not shipping it out. I understand shipping delays but to not even get it in shipped by 12.26 when it was ordered more then a month earlier seems suspicious to me.”
