“My order for the Crush Turtle XL never arrived. I emailed twice only to receive 2 automated responses, no human ever reached out. It wasn't until I made a comment on one of their social media posts that they finally responded. What is interesting is that I was told it was a "pre-order" but it most certainly did not say that when I ordered it. What is even more interesting is that just posted a review on here on 8/19 with the Crush Turtle XL...surely theirs was "pre-ordered" too.
I'm sure the item is good, but overall the service has been poor. I won't be buying from Sand Cloud again and I will likely not recommend it to others.”
