“Absolutely terrible from start to finish. I ordered 4 towels and only received 2 towels and 2 pieces of paper with bar codes that matched the 2 towels I was missing. I contacted customer service thru the sand cloud website form - heard nothing. I emailed their customer service email - heard nothing. I contacted them thru instagram - nothing and finally someone responded thru Facebook but only once a day. And each time they would ask 1 question they already had the answer to. I included my order number in every message and they asked me for my order number. It took 15 days for them to mail the replacement - missed giving 2 as a gift for a trip. Horrible horrible customer service. I have (had) only sand cloud beach towels 15 or more towels and people always comment on them and I promoted sand cloud. Well no longer. Now when someone asks about the towel at the beach, lake or pool I will let them know how terrible the customer service is and they should buy from a company other than sand cloud.”
