“I love that these roll up so small. They take up less than half the room as other beach towels and they are bigger! They are thinner than I expected but does a good job getting the extra water off your skin, not great if your looking to get dry really fast.”

“Product had a snag/run. Have got a run around for weeks now. First offered to give me at $10 credit. Unacceptable, I wanted a new towel. The. They had the full to offer me $7.50. Horrible product. Horrible customer service. Rip off”

“I wasn’t sure what to expect with the mystery bundle. I thought I would get the reject patterns that no one else bought but I have to say I received some very cute patterns! I bought two bundles to give as gifts.”
“Not great since it never showed up and customer service is only through email/text. Only by sliding into the Sand Cloud DMs on IG did I ever get anyone to respond.
And even then I haven’t been issued a refund or replacement product for the items that were delivered to who knows where. The tracking number confirms it was delivered to the wrong zip code and shows a picture of the package sitting on a front porch that isn’t mine. I’ve been asked to sit right for 2 business days and see it the shipment magically appears.
And the shipping company was about as helpful.
Awful experience that has wasted hours of my time trying to get resolution. I’ve never been so disappointed with a company’s customer service.”
