“Defective towels that shed dark blue lint everywhere. Lint was stuck to our bodies after using them to dry off, requiring another rinse and a different towel to remove the lint. The shower was also covered in lint and had to be rinsed. This occurred repeatedly after soaking and washing the towels multiple times. Unfortunately, customer service was disappointing as they refused to honor their promise of “100% Happiness Guaranteed” and offered me a store credit for less than half of what I paid for these towels. While I have been happy with other Sand Cloud towels, I can’t risk purchasing any more towels knowing how their customer service works when there are product issues.”

“Beautiful color and design, and soft and quick-drying. However even after multiple washes per the instructions, they're still leaving blue fuzz on my body, and blue lint around my bathroom. My husband has not had fuzz issues with the classic bath towel style.”
“These Deep Ocean Willow Bath pattern towels are very absorbent. They need a few washings to get the „fuzz“ off of them but after that they work well with drying body and hair. This deep color suits my husband and meddled as well.”
