“This item was a gift. It was not received in time. I need to return it.
I have sent 4 emails requesting assistance. I have received NO responses.
While the product is good, customer service is not.
Maybe after this rating someone will finally get back to me.”

“It’s cute but way shorter than expected. Rather than return, decided to keep it as I’m sure I’ll use it after a shower rather than beach. But the worst part is that after one washing, the hem frayed thread like crazy. I trimmed or pulled to off but the hem looks unfinished and cheap. I was considering ordering beach towels but this purchased changed my mind. I won’t order again. Too expensive for cheap looking products.”
