“I’m disappointed because it’s not soft and I don’t like the terry cloth triangle on the front. It looks messy.
I do however love the color and size.
UPDATE: Customer service was amazing and reached out to me. They replaced the teal stripe poncho with a solid teal poncho that is softer. I would recommend the solid color poncho. I love the size and easy wearability.”
