“It was very stiff, scratchy and did not smell good upon arriving. After washing it got slightly better. However, there was lots of raveling after drying. It is advertised as being very soft. It is definitely not soft.”

“I ordered the hooded poncho thinking it was going to be the weight of the towels, however, it is lined with a terry cloth inside. It’s a fine item, just not what I was looking for. I am having a very difficult time returning it. The website for returns would not generate a return label after prompting that it was going to do so. I sent two separate emails to customer service, no one has responded to my inquiries. It’s a real disappointment.”
