“It looks great BUT, unfortunately, it’s waaay too heavy for living in Arizona. More: Their customer service is outstanding. You don’t often find this level of customer service in online shopping. They are efficient and eager to be helpful. I sure hope they come up with a lighter weight poncho.”

After they arrived I realized how dumb that was. So I exchanged one. It was really easy. My only small issue is that I’d love the ponchos to have a bigger size. They fit but I wouldn’t mind having them be a little roomier.”
