“Bought the Tera Hooded Poncho: The triangle at the center of the head cutout neck area frayed when washed. Sand Cloud offered me a 50% refund if I pulled and cut the threads out myself. Offerring me to take a garbage product for 50% off is insulting. They should stand by their product and immediately send me a reaplcement. Now I am waiting for them to send a return label for the crap poncho I received. They won't send a reaplcement until the damaged one is in the mail. It has been well over 2 days since I first emailed them about the issue.”

“Bought the ponchos for a friend and I for a trip we were taking to some hot springs . They were exactly what we needed. The fabric was heavier than expected, comfortable , and very absorbent. No shrinkage when washed and they were easy to pack in the suitcase. I recommend the poncho.”
