“I was not happy with the towels because I found them too stiff and not fluffy. When I reviewed the towels of my disappointment they immediately reached out to me and gave me a partial refund or I had the chance to return them. Their customer service is excellent.”

“I am very disappointed in my Sand Cloud towels. I followed the recommendation of soaking in cold water for 24 hours and then washing in cold water with no additives, and finally drying. I use only wool dryer balls in my dryer. I then took a shower and was very unhappy at the way they did not dry me off. I've been using Lenox bamboo towels for years and they are incredible. I will be using the Lenox towels again. I only wish that I could return the Sand Cloud towels. IMHO they are way overpriced and do not dry well. I will never recommend them to anyone...”
