“This is an expensive towel! It had two obvious snags in the top when I took it out of the bag. I bought it as a gift and don’t have time to return and get a new one. I’ve submitted an email and got no response.
Revised: I got a response after several days and was credited $10. If you’re purchasing as a gift make sure you allow enough time for an exchange if it arrives damaged. My daughter loves the towel even thought it was snagged.”
