“I took this towel with me while tubing down the Salt River outside of Mesa, Arizona. I’d dip it in the water and wrap myself in it when I felt the sun beating down too hard. Even when fully saturated it wasn’t very heavy. It made a nice evaporative cooler after I got out.”

“Recently, on two separate trips, my daughter and I each packed our towels in our carry-on backpack for extended minimalist-style traveling. Upon returning, we both agree that we won't travel without our Sand Cloud from now on. We each found that it was perfect for beach days--we didn't have to rely on the rentals/hotels to supply them (and since being a Sand Cloud owner, neither of us like traditional beach towels anymore anyways)--but our "towels" also filled in as bath towels, blankets, pillows, sarongs, shawls, yoga mats, airport sleeping pads, and picnic blankets in our travels. When you limit yourself to one small suitcase/bag for three weeks--three months in my daughters case--and you find something that you found so necessary that you wouldn't travel without it again, that is a big endorsement! “I took the dive …….. I bought 3 towels and a party blanket …… Literally the Best Buy in a LONNNNGGGGG time ….!!!!! They are GORGEOUS!!!!!!! And SOFT!!!! In the beginning , towels repelled water a bit , but once used and broke in . A dry off never felt so good ! These are very quick drying as well …. So ready to go again shortly!! And the party blanket let’s just say…… I’m ordering another !!! It’s HUGe and soooo soft ! Sand shakes off these soooooooo easily!!!! Towels and blanket alike!!! And it doesn’t get trapped as it does in a regular towel . I will never buy another regular tbeach towel again These are the only way to go!!!! It’s a pricey investment…… but one so worth it . My only fear was that someone was gonna steal it if I turned my back from them !! TAKE THE DIVE !!!!!!”
“Ordered directly from site, live in San Diego where founded. Took an exceedingly long time from order to delivery, entire order was incorrect. Notified SandCloud immediately on arrival of incorrect items. After many back-and-forth emails, instead of just shipping out my correct order immediately, I had to request exchanges *at my expense* (an additional hold on my debit for entire order) until incorrect order returned *at my inconvenience* and my correct order has still not arrived 3weeks since original order - as of this review, and ten days since sandcloud was notified of their error. I would love to review my order but it still has yet to arrive. For their error, my inconvenience, the delay, hassle and overall terrible experience they did give me a 5% refund on purchase and future discount code but so far that is not enough to trust brand again. Especially disappointing this is a local company, I love and support or local brands but come on. Everyone makes mistakes, its how you fix them that says more.”
“I love these towels! I received one as a gift and I am back to get more! The Geo Sunset is a beautiful design, and the towels are such high quality, and I love that they double as a light blanket. Perfect towel for the beach, or a throw for summer naps! I love how thin and lightweight it is... it's so easy to carry... yet it's two-sided and has no looped terry to trap sand and dirt. I also got the Moroccan Teal and the Sunrise.”
