“Disappointed in the Quality
My sister sent me Sand Cloud towels in the past and have always been happy with them, so I was really looking forward to this order. Unfortunately, the quality of both items was disappointing.
The beach cover-up is adorable and I love the look of it, but it arrived looking unfinished. There are numerous loose and hanging threads along the edges, which is not what I expected from a brand I’ve had good experiences with in the past. .
I also ordered a mystery towel, and the quality does not seem comparable to the Sand Cloud towels I was given several years ago. My older towels are absorbent and have held up beautifully. This one does not seem to absorb water well at all. Instead, it feels like it just moves the water around on my skin.
I really wanted to love this purchase, especially based on my previous experience with Sand Cloud. The designs are still beautiful, but unfortunately the quality of these two items did not live up to what I have come to expect from the brand.”

“I did not care for the product. I paid full price plus shipping to Alaska. It was coarse and not as flowy as shown in advertisements. I’ll keep it because I don’t want pay for return shipping. But not thrilled at all with purchase.”

“I love this. I did buy a pair of San Cloud’s men’s cotton shorts in a matching color to provide a bit more coverage, to wear at home every evening as loungewear. As a beach cover-up, it’s fine as it is. I’m quite tall; if I were shorter I don’t think I’d need the shorts. I am thinking of getting these as gifts for relatives who love the water and beaches.”
