“Ordered on 6/11 to take on an upcoming vacation based on item being listed as in stock online (not pre-order), and ready to ship. Basing it on their estimate of 4-7 business days to arrive for domestic shipping. I have been reaching out to customer service for an update for days, and finally got an update that my order *is supposed to* ship Friday (6/19). Their site does not tell you their fulfilment time is over a week, so unless you have multiple weeks to wait for your item to arrive I do not recommend ordering. I also am totally unimpressed with the lack of customer service received. I sent in a message inquiring about when it may ship 3 days after placing the order since I hadn't received an update. No response (even though it's stated their response time is 24-48 hours), so I sent another one in after (3) more days, no response. I had to send in a message on Instagram to get someone to respond, and even then it required following up multiple times for them to tell me the estimated ship date is 6/19. Just in time to not take it on vacation. Please cancel order #3124535 and issue a refund.”
“I purchased one back in mid May. It said it was going to ship out June 3rd, and never did. I have reached out to the company 3 different times through their website and never heard back. Extremely disappointed.”
