just uncorking any bottle of the Saratoga oil infused oils brings such a wonderful scent and aroma that fills up the Senses THEN you start cooking with it and OH MY what my kitchen smells like them my house. The aroma is truly an experience evoking warm memories of previous things I have cooked, the oil enhances the flavor and truly any of the oils I have used has made me a better cook Highly recommend this oil and the Tuscan Herb!!!

Love using this oil instead of unflavored oil for browning chicken and pork chops. Also love the red apple balsamic for pork chops!

I use several of the infused oils. Each one with it’s unique flavor enhances whatever I cooking. This oil I often use to rub my prime rib roasts then I prepare a mixture of several sea salts including the herbs de Provence sea salts to place on the roast. The flavor profile out of this world and the aroma in the house is wonderful. Highly recommend this oil and the Tuscan herb!

This oil is so flavorful. A little goes a long way. Thus far I’ve had this on salad and over a baked potato. Absolutely amazing and another one to add to my rotation.
