“I use several of the infused oils. Each one with it’s unique flavor enhances whatever I cooking. This oil I often use to rub my prime rib roasts then I prepare a mixture of several sea salts including the herbs de Provence sea salts to place on the roast. The flavor profile out of this world and the aroma in the house is wonderful.
