“My rating was given only because I want you to read this and am hoping to get a response, that which I did not get from talking to someone at Veronica Foods Co. with the same questions! I need to know, before ordering more, the answer to these questions. Why do you use the word "Traditional" instead of "Authentic" on your bottle?, also, why is there no "Nutrition" and "Ingredients" label on the bottle. How do I, AND you, know that your 18 year Balsamic Vinegar does NOT have "thickeners and sweeteners" to make appear and taste like authentic aged Vinegar?.
Hoping to get answers and proof, Peter Hurtubise”
“We just love your product and can't seem to get by without it. Ever since a few years ago we had it at Leuning's in Burlington and asked our waitperson what it was and where we could get it. Now living in Asheville NC we have to order it online and LOVE your service and emails. We have become Saratoga Olive Oil Balsamic Vinegar snobs I think. Thanks! Peace Tom and Jeanne”
“Good for drizzling over salads, making a vinaigrette or for glazes. I bought it to see ow close to Balsamico Tradizionale it was. Not expecting much because of the price. It is not the same and didn't claim to be. Real 18 year old Modena balsamic is different.”
