“the service is good regarding the online booking but the bus service was not good as the video and headphone was not available in the bus where as it was mentioned on the ticket that these are available as entertainment... and the staff was not too friendly, the public address system was very poor, even the passengers could not hear the DUA E SAFER, whate as staff was offering the dua, but due to poor quality or adjustment the voice was not hear able and could not understand able”
