“FIRST BHALWAL RECEPTION CLERK WAS UNAWARE OF BOOKED SEATS. I SHOW HIM RESERVATION E-TICKET AND CNIC ALSO. BUT HE WAS INSISTING THAT YOU HAVE NOT BEEN BOOKED AFTER A LOT OF CONVERSATION AND AFTER HE CONFIRMED HIS SENIORS, HE ISSUED TICKETS HARD COPY. (HE WAS TOTATLY REFUSING THAT I HAVE BOOKED BUS TICKETS). AND BUS STAFF WAS ALSO NOT COOPERATIVE EXCEPT THE BUS STEWARD HIS BEHAVIOUR WAS ACCEPTABLE BUT NOT UPTO REQUIRED STANDARD. BUS DRIVER'S BEHAVIOUR NEEDS MORE IMPROVEMENT.”
