Aoa I have booked seat through your app details are as under Your Bus booking (3951167) from Rawalpindi / Islamabad (اسلام آباد)(RAWALPINDI (FAIZABAD)) to Multan (ملتان)(Multan (Main)) on 27-Mar-2025 at 11:15 PM with seat(s) (34F). Your Daewoo's ticket code is 197193. Please call Sastaticket at 111 172 782 for support or refund. Visited Daewoo ticketing office they declined to give ticket and said no seat booked with this name Iam in big trouble as no seat available now please help in this issue Regards Khurram Rasool

What made you choose Sastaticket ONLINE ACCESS OF BOOKING BUS TICKETS
FIRST BHALWAL RECEPTION CLERK WAS UNAWARE OF BOOKED SEATS. I SHOW HIM RESERVATION E-TICKET AND CNIC ALSO. BUT HE WAS INSISTING THAT YOU HAVE NOT BEEN BOOKED AFTER A LOT OF CONVERSATION AND AFTER HE CONFIRMED HIS SENIORS, HE ISSUED TICKETS HARD COPY. (HE WAS TOTATLY REFUSING THAT I HAVE BOOKED BUS TICKETS). AND BUS STAFF WAS ALSO NOT COOPERATIVE EXCEPT THE BUS STEWARD HIS BEHAVIOUR WAS ACCEPTABLE BUT NOT UPTO REQUIRED STANDARD. BUS DRIVER'S BEHAVIOUR NEEDS MORE IMPROVEMENT.
