“Terrible Customer Support. Received pan and it had a manufacturing defect. Went round and round with Customer service, 4 to 6 weeks before new pan ships. Also in the fine print the Customer is responsible for return shipping cost no matter what. They so graciously paid for my return as a favor. Will never purchase another product.”

“This is my second 14.5' Scan Pan Fry Pan. I use this pan every day at least once. I've found that the Scan Pans hold up much longer than any other brand. I used to purchase Swiss Diamond pans, Scan Pans are far superior for longevity, heat distribution and ease of clean up.”

“It’s a large pan, I can cook my burgers and sauté veges at the same time. Cook sausage and hash browns at the same time. Love this pan.”
