“I love this pan. I have the 9.5, 11 and 12 pans. these are very tough and the non stick works perfectly. they are great for my induction stovetop. these are the best nonstick pans on the market. also great price direct from scanpan.”
“I'm a long time user of Scanpans. This is probably my fifth or sixth purchase. They last a long time as long as you never have them on the stove at more than medium heat. My one complaint about this most recent purchase is the shipping. I ordered direct from the Scanpan website and they ship via FedEx. FedEx claimed they had delivered the pan when they had not (this seems to be a pattern with overworked drivers). The pan eventually showed up long after the promised delivery date. This is NOT acceptable business practice. The US Postal Service is far more reliable, but Scanpan does not offer a choice of carriers. My suggestion is that if you can't rely on the carrier chosen by Scanpan, buy your pan in a brick-and-mortar store or choose a different brand of frying pan.”
