“This scooter is amazing - it is super quiet (I have owned 5 scooters and this is by far the quietest for tyre road noise and suspension), it is surprisingly powerful even for heavier riders (I weigh 95kg). It does slow down to 10kmhr up very steep hills and slows to max 27kmhr below 40% battery but that's not bad for a cheaper scooter. The light is sufficiently bright with good direction for night riding and the front drum brake is always reliable. I'm not so keen on the fact that the scooter is speed limiting with its regen brake (to 30kmhr) on steeper downhills, as this sometimes causes heavy unpredictable braking. I haven't been able to find a way to turn this off in the app. The app itself is excellent and allows for complete customisation. Cruise control is something I use all the time and it works very well at any speed, although I would prefer if it didn't beep twice when it is activated as this can be embarrassing when passing other people on the cycleway.

“Used to own a Ninebot G65 before buying that scooter. I have to say it's a huge upgrade. At the point where my ninebot used to hit 0% this one doesn't even go below 50%. It's a HUGE upgrade.
Also it's look. The complement I'm getting right now is more than what I used to get back then.”

“Inmotion S1 is a great scooter in this price point because I bought last year 2023 and rode 750 km on this scooter. The real world range is 66 km on drive mode on single charge I believe it can reach 95 km on eco mode in a single charge. Sagway scooters ranges are not realistic in real world, what sagway are claiming on because I previously had owned 2 sagway scooters.
I am very impressed with Inmotion s1 range and build quality because It feels soild with suspensions. The scooter front lights and floor lights are very good too. The hill clime 30% and slow down when you going down from hills are great features are very practical and useful for hill areas.
However, the scooter' handler bar is too high for common hight people like me 5'8 inch (172mm) and toller hand bar comes too close to body which is not comfortable for long ride. As well, the scooter ground clearance is 90mm which is a little lower compare to others scooters.”

It's awesome to hear about the different ranges you got out of the E-Scooter on the different modes. These ranges would also vary on different terrains!
The range and build are absolutely fantastic, and it's great to hear that you're enoying the suspension with the ride too! The lights make the S1 stand out from many other E-Scooters, providing a great experience for darker rides, and the safety features with the incline and decline are one of it's best features as a commuter scooter.
We appreciate the feedback in regard to the height of the bar and the S1's ground clearance, and we will ensure that this is passed on to the relevant teams.

“Very reliable scooter I've taken it in heavy rain off-road and even been hit hit by a car with it and had it run over but still works fine like nothing has happened to it would highly recommend it”

Unfortunately, due to the law across Australia prohibiting speeds past 25km/h on E-Scooters, upon receiving the scooter they will be capped. They can be uncapped, but we cannot provide information on how to do so.
