After speaking the customer service over live chat, they called and spoke to me over the phone, this was a nice change as I thought I was talking with a bot, After speaking to gentleman for a quite some time they figured out what scooter I would be best suited to me and my needs and the Mach 10 was recommended. It's everything that I had hoped for and more with its dual motors, different modes of riding, and suspension it's a scooter for someone with experience. I'm very happy with my new scooter and the customer service I have received.”

“Really enjoy my scooter , good quality, I have just hit 100ks and no issues except the breaks require frequent adjusting due to the brake cable keeps moving from adjustment .”

“The pros and cons are it’s solidity. It does over 60km range, has a good range of modes to be economical, typical daily ride and to get their fast/with flair. The build quality is great and it looks the part, The scooter is quite heavy but it feels reinforced. Charging and electronics and the app are all helpful. As I do ride the scooter to work and I do carry quite a bit in my back pack (combined weight of 110kg) the Mach 10 does not skip a beat zooming around the city for work. The Mach 10 has been great daily commuter and weekend weapon.”

“This scooter is not for everyone, if you are not ready for how fast the scooter can accelerate you could be in danger. One of the beast features is the single and dual mode it allowed me to build up my confidence riding the scooter on dual mode. This scooter has been great to run to the shops instead of taking the car, being able to take the scooter off the pavement and across dirt pathways is a great feature.”
