“Product fits snug like it should. Only complaint is I would pay double the price if I could get a more sturdy product. Tarp is not too thick and holds up okay in 1st year. by year 2 it thins in the sun and begins to rip.”

We are very sorry to see that you are not completely satisfied with your cover. Fabric life is affected by application, location and the physical elements the shelter is exposed to. Our standard covers include a one year warranty and if you are within that time period and something goes wrong we suggest filing a warranty claim and having it reviewed by a representative in the corresponding department. “Weather finally allowed me to install the ShelterLogic replacement top to my Costco canopy frame. It fit, albeit a bit short on the sides, given I suppose that the Costco frame has a slightly steeper pitch than the top is designed for. But 8" bungee cords (not supplied, I am disappointed to say) stretched to the max manage to grip the top to the frame. The front and back are attached via a draw string that assumes a ShelterLogic frame. I had to drill holes in my four corner posts to be able to attach the draw string, and had to feed it through the velcro fastened sides ... not the best thing to do. So it is in place. I'm going to be watching closely to see if the very, very light material holds up.”
