“Hi,
I did install this winter gazebo cover in november. It fit okay on the gazebo but is too short to be able to block the bottom part with small block brick or snow. I use a nylon rope to titten the bottom part.
We notice that the Sojaga Kiruna gazebo purchase at Costco is taller then the average gazebo.
Do you have a specific winter cover for this model of gazebo? Your support line didn't write us back. I needed a winter cover so I did purchase it anyway.
I also got a problem with the right zipper of the door that is blocking in the upper part of it. I am able to close it with some patience.
I won't recommand ordering this winter cover for the Sojag Kiruna gazebo. For smaller model, it should be just fine.”

“You guys gotta rethink how you made this cover and how you instruct for it to be installed. Open up one entire corner and add velcro so that it can be opened to install and then velcroed closed once installed. Trying to lift the entire cover over the gazebo and then slide it down all four sides while on a ladder is challenging to say the least.
Once it's on its great! Getting there is not great.”

“Very hard to put on. No instructions. Zipper on the doorway was broken on one side. Would have been better to have zippers on all four corners. Better quality zippers. Rips easily if not careful. The concept is good, but the construction is not.”
